We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance in our UK Data Center scheduled to take place later this week. Starting from tomorrow May 14th, we will be relocating our servers to new racks and will also be performing a major network upgrade. The expected downtime frame for the scheduled maintenance procedures is about 1 hour. Since we are following a dynamic schedule, which is constantly being updated, we could not give you an exact date and time frame for the transfer of your particular server. However, we can assure you that all procedures will be performed with minimum downtime. Also, no action will be required on your end while the maintenance is taking place. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause you and thank you for your time and understanding regarding this matter. |

Dear Customers, We regret to inform you that a there is a hard disk failure on one of our mail servers and the faulty hardware is being replaced. Unfortunately that would require a file system check before booting which will result in several hours of downtime. Start Time: 04:30 PM UTC Update: The trouble has been resolved. We had to setup a new server and transfer the e-mail accounts from affected hard drive to the new server, which caused this significant delay. The new mail servers is now operational. |
